We are currently without home staying at a friends house in the interim between moving out of our place and leaving for Uganda. But check out the view on the video! Not a bad set up!
We have less than a week before leaving the country and the to-do list is super overwhelming. However, we’ve managed to find some time to workout in the process.
So here is another workout for you to enjoy/hate!
For each exercise do 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work/ 10 seconds of rest
1. Squat Alternating Front Kicks
3. Suicide Planks
4. Side to Side Ski
5. Dive Bomber Push Ups
Don’t forget to do a 5 minute warm up first!
